This product not only does the job of unclogging the drain, it makes doing that fun! This is a great product to help remove any serious clogs which cannot be done with chemicals alone. It is a really simple, yet elegant solutions to clogged drains!

Yes, I had a very tough bathtub clog for like two years. I would use drain cleaner on it and it would drain slowly for a week or two but then get totally stopped back up. Eventually even regular drain cleaner would not work on it, and I had to use some nasty stuff which contained sulfuric acid to get through the clog. That worked for about two months and then I was back to the same old problem. I had tried using a plumbers snake to no effect, but after an incident at work using pressurized water from a fire hose to clear a drain, I decided to look for something similar. This product worked like a charm! Three pumps with it and a strange gurgling sound occured as water started going down the drain! It was a strange sound to me because I had not heard that in years and had forgotten what it sounded like!

Another great thing is that this product requires no dangerous chemicals. It sends a shock wave of water through the pipe which totally blasts away the old clog. I read on the Internet that todays plumbers prefer using a hydro jet of water to a snake because a snake punches through a clog but leaves an outer ring which catches gunk and begins the process of building a whole new clog. A jet of water blasts away the whole clog. It's been several months and no sign of a clog!

I do have to say though that the instructions are a little bit limited. You do need to have a good amount of water in your tub for this device to work properly. I hope I don't sound like a shill but I just can't praise this device enough, especially when I read about how many people get injured, burned, and even killed using drain products. Also it comes with two other rubber attachments for toilets and sinks.
