Purchased the product a few months ago. Beware, the Ez Zip Drain Tool is a good deal shorter (seems to me) in length than pictured in the illustration. Actual overall length: a bit under 20 inches. At first I thought: "Ripoff alert!" but it worked liked a dream on the first drain I tried it with. When I recently tried it on a drain clog in different sink, however, it proved useless because the pipe was simply too long and the tool could not reach the blockage. What a pity it isn't the actual length it appears to be in line drawing illustration and on the packaging (2.5 - 3 feet?) then it would rate 5 stars for sure.

This thing worked like a charm to clear gunk in a slow bathroom sink drain and pulling out hair that has been clogging the shower drain. Could be longer , but works well for what it is.......No chemicals needed.

Along with another gadget called PermaFlow PermaFLOW PF-07001 Never-Clog Drain, the Ez Zip works perfectly to keep my bathroom sink draining smoothly year round.
Before, the draining in my bathroom sink will slow to a crawl 2-3 times a year.
Sometimes, the clog occurs higher in the pipe where the lifting mechanism is for the drain stopper. In those cases, I would use the Ez Zip to clean the clog from the drain opening above. Rather than trying to fish the hairball out, I would look down at the transparent PermaFlow U pipe and watch if I am able to push the hairball (or whatever) down. Once I see the clog has been pushed below to where the U shape is, then all I have to do is turn the knob on the PermaFlow to swipe the entire clog down the pipe.
Some says that this is available for $2-3 at Home Depot. I am an Amazon Prime member, so paying the extra $5 is worth it for me so I don't have to take time and make a trip to Home Depot, and spend gas money, etc.
